My name is Andy Tompsett. 👋
I'm the Founder and Principal of James House Collective LLC. I'm a results-oriented leader, empathetic strategist, design thinker, and facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience designing, managing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs domestically and internationally in the non-profit and public sectors.

I graduated from St. Olaf College (Northfield, Minnesota, USA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA) with a Master of Public Health in Community Health Promotion and Global Health.
